We went over to Mom and Dad's after work and had dinner with them and Ann & the girls. Sky was quite a charmer as he smiled and laughed much more than he has previously. It is a great trend that I hope continues. Last weekend I had a blast with him because he was in such good spirits.

Anyway, we heard about M&D's trip to see Mike, Dana, and Taylor. They had a blast and enjoyed meeting Dana's mom. We all can't wait to see Taylor.

My dad and I chatted a bit about real estate and he is obviously interested in doing something too although he didn't come out and say so. I am thinking of ways to get him involved. Maybe if I get some money saved with some intial success we could partner on some deals where I find the cash and he works with the contractors to get a home put together. God I would love to see that be a possibility for him.
