April 8: I slept in to about 9:00 and we walked to the library and then past Gusto to see when it was going to open.

Afterwards we walked across 7 to the Summit condos. Pretty nice inside although there were some odd floorplan choices and cheap showers (the full baths were tiles, the showers just inserts.) Unfortunately the views are terrible. To the south you look right at Walgreens' roof (if you are lucky enough to be high up). Past that are parking lots and highway 7. To the north are a bunch of apartments. The only view that I think would be nice is in the 7 story tower looking east as you could see the golf course and downtown. Otherwise I think it has some problems and may not sell.

I went over to Church of the Cross and moved some heavy items from the basement to the attic with Alex Ortega. I was very tired afterwards but it was great to be able to help them out.

Then we went to Jakes 7th birthday party. We got him some gardening stuff which he liked. I talked to dad and mom and grandfather and Mark about wholesaling.

After we got home from that we put Sky to bed and watched I Am Trying to Break Your Heart before bed.
